Regional Sales Manager (Farmasi)
Job Description:
Work closely with the National Sales Manager to drive the entire sales teams performance
Prepare Monthly/Weekly sales performance reports to forecast revenue growth and business opportunities.
Regularly monitor sales forecasts and formulate associated strategies or plans to develop business and generate revenue
Work closely with internal divisions to establish the necessary sales enablement protocols, processes, tools, and promotions to drive growth.
Drives and increases the value of partnerships with major pharmaceutical companies
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager, working in the pharmaceutical industry, or an equivalent environment would be a plus
Excellent communication skill
Have a strong leadership
Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent quality control skills.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
Driving business decisions using data
