Qualifications:
Undergraduate student (minimum 5th semester) or fresh graduate majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong interest in capital markets, investment research, and economic analysis.
Familiarity with financial statements, valuation methods, and investment principles.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg or similar financial databases is a plus.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional but a plus):
Basic understanding of technical analysis.
Ability to write concise market or equity reports.
