Resort Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations and profitability of a holiday resort complex
• Ensure the resort operates efficiently and effectively and maintain the highest standards of quality and service
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guests experiences and employees performance
• Recruit, train and supervise a diverse team of resort staff including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant
• Handle guests inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
• Develop and manage the resorts budget including revenue and expense forecasting
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, particularly those related to diving activities
• Oversee regular maintenance of the resorts facilities including rooms, equipment and recreational areas

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and verbal English communication
• Proven working experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar role in the Hospitality industry with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
• Financial acumen and budget management experience
• Great personality, spirit and attitude
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software
• Willing to be placed in Lembongan
