Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations and profitability of a holiday resort complex
- Ensure the resort operates efficiently and effectively and maintain the highest standards of quality and service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guests experiences and employees performance
- Recruit, train and supervise a diverse team of resort staff including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant
- Handle guests inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Develop and manage the resorts budget including revenue and expense forecasting
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, particularly those related to diving activities
- Oversee regular maintenance of the resorts facilities including rooms, equipment and recreational areas
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven working experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar role in the Hospitality industry with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Great personality, spirit and attitude
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software
- Willing to be placed in Lembongan
