Restaurant Manager
• Supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations. • Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.• Ensure guest satisfaction and address customer complaints effectively. • Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality.• Manage reservations, seating plans, and peak hour efficiency. • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery. • Analyze financial reports and assist in reaching revenue targets. • Enforce hygiene standards and company policies.
Job Requirement• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.• Understanding of restaurant operational software (POS, inventory, reservations).• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
