Restaurant Manager

Description

• Supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations. • Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.• Ensure guest satisfaction and address customer complaints effectively. • Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality.• Manage reservations, seating plans, and peak hour efficiency. • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery. • Analyze financial reports and assist in reaching revenue targets. • Enforce hygiene standards and company policies.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.• Understanding of restaurant operational software (POS, inventory, reservations).• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
