Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our signature dining venue at our prestigious 5-star hotel in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing high-end restaurant operations. Fluency in English is essential to effectively interact with our diverse international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of service staff, supervisors, and hosts.

• Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth food service and menu execution.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

• Prepare and manage the departments budget, labor scheduling, and cost control.

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with the hotels marketing team to boost restaurant revenue.

• Ensure compliance with all hotel and regulatory policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, bar, wine list.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin) are a plus.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
