The Pawhigh is a pets boutique built on heart—for furbabies, their pawrents, and the community we serve. Were looking for a Retail Floor Guide to be the friendly face customers meet when they walk into our store—ready to assist, educate, and create a memorable shopping experience.

What Youll Do:

• Greet and assist customers warmly, offering guidance on our products
• Share product knowledge and help pet parents find the best options for their furry babies
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Support day-to-day store operations, including stock handling and visual merchandising
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and positive customer interactions
