Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Retail & Operations Manager to lead store operations, office administration, and overall business functions. This role involves managing sales performance, streamlining office processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Management: Oversee store operations, inventory control, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and improve brand presence.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise store and office staff, fostering a healthy and high-performing culture.
• Office Operations: Manage administrative tasks, vendor relationships, and company logistics.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational costs to ensure profitability.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, retail regulations, and operational standards.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with our marketing, accountant, and e-commerce team to optimize business functions.
• Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in retail management, operations, or business administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and implement growth strategies.
• Experience in inventory management, POS systems, and business software.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
