Were looking for a surf-minded Rider / Shopkeeper to join the BGS Bali crew. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early surf sessions and bringing good vibes into the shop. Youll help keep the shop running smoothly while also assisting with daily coffee runs and occasional small deliveries.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with purchases and deliver great service with a smile

2. Restock, organize, and maintain cleanliness in the shop

3. Handle transactions accurately using POS system

4. Promote BGS merch, surf gear, and house products

5. Keep the shop vibe warm, friendly, and aligned with the BGS brand

6. Be presentable and represent BGS culture on the move (surfing)

Requirements:

• Someone who surfs or understands surf culture — early mornings and good energy

• Experience in surf shop retail, café, or customer service is a plus

• Basic communication in English (bonus if fluent)

• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy

• Physically fit and comfortable with light lifting or stocking

• Flexible with working hours (morning shifts, weekends, etc.)

• Based in Bali and familiar with the Bukit area (Uluwatu, Dreamland, etc.)
