RQC Supervisor

• Oversee the quality inspection process for incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of raw material quality to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality reports and data to identify trends and implement preventive measures for potential issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to raw material quality control processes and standards.
• Train and mentor quality assurance staff on best practices for material inspection and quality assurance.
• Liaise with production teams to provide insights on material performance and contribute to process optimization efforts.

• Bachelors degree in materials science, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the automotive industry.
• Thorough understanding of material specifications, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
