Kualifikasi pekerjaan:- Mencari kandidat untuk bekerja pada:
- Senin: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Selasa: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Kamis: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Jumat: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Minggu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per bulan
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in event or wedding industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership-driven and capable of managing a team.
Understands digital marketing strategy (Instagram ads, Whatsapp Business, etc.)
Having a client and vendor (WO/EO) database is plus.
Responsibilities:
Boost sales and successfully close wedding decoration projects.
Build strong partnership with Wedding & Event Organizer.
Create and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team.
