Job Description:

  • Execute marketing activities to attract new patients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

  • Build strategic partnerships with external partners such as hotels, villas, corporations, and insurance companies.

  • Implement various promotional strategies including canvassing, event marketing, and collaborations.

  • Work towards achieving monthly targets for new patient visits.

  • Conduct active follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects and partners.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and target achievements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in any field, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Business.

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and target-oriented.

  • Willing to work in the field and conduct regular external visits.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.
