Sales Engineer

Job Description:

  • Comply with and implement all Departmental and Company Processes and Procedures.

  • Follow up and ensure that units undergoing maintenance have valid agreements signed by both parties.

  • Follow up and implement sales and purchase activities for Renewal, Conversion, and Recapture contracts for Maintenance and parts/repairs.

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations and Quality Control teams to identify opportunities to increase sales.

  • Regularly visit customers to build strong relationships and conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Assist with the billing/receivables process when necessary.

  • Monitor customer performance (purchases, spare part loans, accounts receivable/AR).

  • Perform administrative functions regarding sales and purchase activities.

  • Prepare and provide sales forecasts to meet monthly sales targets.

  • Responsible for meeting assigned monthly targets.

  • Accept any other tasks that may be assigned by the Team Leader or Department Head from time to time as needed.

  • Report to the Team Leader regarding the progress of order amounts and portfolio units, whether weekly, monthly, or annually.

Requirement:

  • Education : D3/S1

  • Skill : Negotiation and persuasion, account management, Elevator & Escalator knowledge

  • Experience : have Experience in Escalator & Elevator Company
