Sales Executive F&B

Sour Sally Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (F&B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the Food & Beverage industry. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for corporate, retail, and partnership sales.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Promote Sour Sallys products and brand through presentations, events, and sales visits.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours if required.
