Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

We are International Freight Forwarding Company urgently look for:

SALES EXECUTIVE FOR OUR OFFICES IN JAKARTA AND SURABAYA

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in any field (Preferable English Major or International Class)

• Experienced in Freight Forwarding / Shipping Lines as sales at least 1 years, Experience in TP trade (USA & Canada) is preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Computer Literate : MS Office

• Required Language(s) : English (It is a must), Mandarin (preferably)

• Excellent knowledge in transportation, shipping, logistics and supply chain

• Strong market insight, executive ability, maintain close relationships with customers thru proactive/responsive communication and high sense of responsibility.

• Fast Learner, Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and good teamwork

• Willingness to traveling and development.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop air, ocean, and road freight sales to maximize gross profit per customer.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential customers by providing service updates and fostering strong client connections.

•⁠ ⁠Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.

•⁠ ⁠Promote the companys freight forwarding services.

•⁠ ⁠Record sales and order data to support business expansion.

•⁠ ⁠Leverage market insights to drive growth across various transport modes.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Operations Team to stay updated on client needs and challenges.

•⁠ ⁠Work towards achieving sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Proactively engage with buyers and traders in the USA through professional communication channels.

•⁠ ⁠Perform key responsibilities as an FOB (Freight on Board) Sales.
