Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree

• Have experience in selling building materials or pipes

• Excellent rapport building, networking and relationship management experience.

• Ability to work well in an inter-cultural environment.

• Responsible, quickly respond to all problems and customer desires.

• First class communication skills able to operate professionally and effectively at all levels.

• Traveling within the assigned region to promote the company brand, seek new customers, understand their needs and requirement, build a sustainable business plan, negotiate terms in accordance to company policy, and most importantly close the deal.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
