Position: Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager at PT Cahaya Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys sales strategy and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, this full-time position will see you lead a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales plans to expand the companys customer base and market share. Your strategic leadership and excellent people management skills will be critical to your success in this role.

What youll be doing

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals

• Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team

• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement

• Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects

• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market developments

• Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably in a related industry

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM software

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
