Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic revenue growth in digital marketing. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, lead a team of three, and ensure monthly targets are achieved through strategic outreach, solution selling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 3; achieve IDR 1.5B+ monthly target

  • Build a robust pipeline via cold calls, referrals, and meetings

  • Create sales strategies based on market and customer insight

  • Pitch, negotiate, and close end-to-end digital marketing deals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Report sales performance and pipeline progress to management

  • Oversee contract handling and internal sales processes

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelors in any major

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in digital marketing sales

    • 3+ years in a managerial role

  • Language: Conversational English

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proven sales and business development success

    • Strong in communication, negotiation & relationship building

  • Professional Qualities:

    • Strong leadership with a focus on coaching and performance

  • Personal Qualities:

    • Results-driven and thrives in fast-paced environments
