Sales Manager - Manufacturing
Our client is a packaging manufacturing company, a joint venture between China and Japan, that has been operating in Indonesia for over 50 years with more than 10 active factories.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales/Account Management (B-2-B)
Excellent in sales management.
Managing existing clients/accounts (key account management).
Conduct sales calls, sales visits, and presentations.
Achieve the companys target and KPI set by the organization.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing, economy management, or equivalent.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B. Preferably from the packaging manufacturing industry, FMCG sector, or a similar manufacturing industry.
Management/Corporate Sales/Account Management.
Prefer someone who can speak Mandarin/Hokkien (basic only), and English is a must.
Target-oriented, organized, and self-starter.
Familiar with SAP/CRM/ERP systems.
Work placement in Central Jakarta.
Available to work a half-day shift on Saturdays
