Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia, based in South Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.

What youll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities

  2. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback

  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and continually improve sales processes

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful account management

  5. Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders

  6. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

What were looking for

  1. Substantial experience (5+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the cosmetic industry

  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to exceed targets

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  4. Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools to drive informed decision-making

  5. Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing market conditions

  6. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
