We cater to major clients across mining, minerals processing, and infrastructure sectors.

We are seeking a dynamic Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in Sales and Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in mechanical systems and a passion for client engagement, solution-based selling, and business development.

• Promote and sell mechanical and process equipment, particularly for the mining and industrial sectors

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to client requirements

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Assist in market analysis and sales strategy development

• Liaise with engineering and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment

• Attend site visits, trade shows, and industry events when required

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial/mechanical equipment

• Strong understanding of process equipment (e.g., filter press, pumps, conveyors, etc.)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to understand and explain technical specifications

• Proficiency in preparing proposals, reports, and client communications

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)

• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Willingness to travel as required

• Previous experience in mining or mineral processing industries

• Familiarity with mechanical system design and layout

• Existing client network in relevant industries

• Understanding of local tendering and procurement processes
