About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Bimaruna Jaya. In this full-time role based in East Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

What youll be doing

• Finding a new customer

• Design and establish strategic sales plans

• Market an Logistik (Sea Freight Forwarding and Island to Island products to Customers , Trucking, Warehouse, Project and atc)

• Acquire new customers and maintain existing customers 

• Realize cooperation contracts with customers

• Manage and maintain good relationship with customers

• Achieve sales target

• Prepare and submit work reports & sales achievement reports.

• Assist in billing to customers

What were looking for

• Minimum Education D3 or Bachelor of All Majors, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or logistics management within the Direct Marketing & CRM industry

• Strong understanding of sales and marketing best practices, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

• Proficient in using data analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Has an existing customers in Ocean / Air Freight Forwarding, Trucking, Warehouse, and Project Logistik

• Have a car and driving license, either sim A or sim C is a must

• Able to work with targets
