B. Job Description

1. Market DevelopmentIdentify new market opportunities, approach potential customers, establish communication, and maintain strong client relationships.

2. Visit PlanningPrepare detailed work plans and schedule customer visits.

3. Product Sales & After-Sales Service :

  • F&B Filtration : Sell filtration products to clients. A training program will be provided during onboarding; continuous technical support will be available when required.

  • Cooling Tower Maintenance : Sell water treatment products to clients and have ability for equipment maintenance. Continuous technical support will be available when required.

  • Degreaser, Lubricant & Chemical Product Development : Sell degreasers, lubricants, and other chemical products to clients. Continuous technical support will be available when required Lab Taiwan.

4. Sales Target AchievementExpected to meet assigned sales targets (to be discussed based on project and market conditions).

5. Sales Negotiation & Follow-UpConduct follow-ups with prospects and engage in sales negotiations.

6. Technical PresentationClearly explain product specifications and application areas to customers.

7. Company RepresentationUphold and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company.

8. ReportingSubmit daily and weekly visit reports using the provided standardized form (Who, When, Where, Why, What).

9. DomicileArea bekasi and surrounding areas.

C. Qualifications

1. Open to both male and female candidates, maximum age 35.

2. Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3), any major.

3. Qualifications :

  • Sales Specialist for F&B Filtration Process : Background in food and beverage production process and willing to try a sales role.

  • Sales Specialist with Cooling Tower Maintenance Background : Experience in cooling tower maintenance and water quality control; willing to try a sales role.

  • Sales Specialist for Degreaser, Lubricant & Chemical Product Development : Experience in metal processing pretreatment and chemical fiber manufacturing or other relative industry; willing to try a sales role.

4. Familiar with Indonesian regulations, application areas, and the improvement our products bring to customer processes.

5. Ability for trouble shooting.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).

7. Holder of valid drivers license (SIM A).

8. Disciplined, responsible, and loyal.

9. Able to understand and communicate in English.

10. Good communication skills and able to work independently or in a team
