SALES MARKETING STAFF

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)

• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles

• Familiar with preparing quotations or price offers

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers

• Strong team player with good collaboration skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• Comfortable working across functions or departments to support marketing and sales activities

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and monitor quotations accurately

• Analyze cost, sales, and profit comparisons

• Conduct market price analysis to support pricing strategies

• Communicate with customers regarding quotations and inquiries

• Maintain sales records and customer databases

• Support administrative tasks related to sales operations

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

• Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation
