Sales officer for Active Sales (IT industry)

We are looking for a Sales Officer (Active Sales) based in Jakarta, Indonesia, to help us grow our client base through active outreach.

You will contact new potential clients via cold calls, offline events, as well as reconnect with inactive leads and etc. Your goal is to generate interest, qualify prospects, and pass them to the sales team or close the deal yourself.

This role is for someone who is proactive, confident in communication, and motivated by results.

Job description:

  • Work with B2B clients: resellers, integrators, service providers, etc.

  • Follow up with previously interested clients who didnt make a purchase

  • Attend tech and business events to network and find leads

  • Visit potential clients if needed (resellers, integrators, IT service companies)

  • Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team or close deals directly

  • Keep CRM system updated and follow sales process

  • Meet targets for outreach activity, meetings, and new leads

  • Present products and help clients choose the right configurations

  • Learn the product range (servers, components, platforms) with support from the team

  • Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and process orders

  • Achieve monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets

  • Follow daily and weekly plans and write reports

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent

  • Experience in B2B sales

  • Strong soft skills, communication & negotiation skills (especially in cold outreach)

  • Experience with IT equipment or ready to learn technical equipment in detail

  • Fluent in Bahasa & English

  • Sales mindset: proactive, organized, and result-oriented

Working conditions:

  • Salary 7.000.000 Rp + KPI bonus (12.000.000 with monthly quota reached)

  • Office in Sawah Besar, Jakarta

  • Workdays are Mondays to Fridays
