Sales & Promotion Officer

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree from any major

• Min. 2 years work experience in Sales, marketing or related area

• Having experience in Education or service oriented company would be an advantage

• Customer-centered and result-oriented

• Excellent communication skills in both English & Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & written)

• Work placement: BINUS SCHOOL Simprug

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activity and ensure each stage of a sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including: preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment

• Maintain and update customers status data with detail records

• Maintain and update all related data regarding promotion plan and event

• Create promotion event report and evaluation

• Cooperate with event organizers to establish event requirements
