Sales Representative

Job Description

  • Conduct in-person sales visits and outreach to local retailers in Bali — including independent grocers, lifestyle boutiques, and concept stores — to introduce our body care product line and secure consignment or wholesale agreements.

  • Build partnerships with travel agents, tour guides, and local drivers to promote and drive foot traffic to Deepna Wellness, our spa outlet.

  • Actively generate new business leads through market research, networking, referrals, and on-the-ground outreach.

  • Prepare and present customized sales pitches or partnership proposals to potential collaborators and retail partners.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and partnership developments to track progress and support ongoing business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

  • Based in Bali or familiar with the local area (preferred)

  • Experience in sales or business development, especially in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with fieldwork, cold calling, and in-person pitching

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills

  • Confident in both face-to-face and phone interactions

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs

  • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and leads

  • Able to clearly present product and partnership benefits

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
