Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Our Pet Shop is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team! This role combines in-person customer service and cashiering with support for our growing e-commerce operations. If you love pets, enjoy helping people, and have an interest in retail and online sales, wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Cashiering

* Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, grooming and service inquiries

* Answer questions about pet resort services, pricing, and availability

* Handle sales transactions accurately through our POS system (cash, card, etc.)

* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and retail space

* Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate when necessary

* Answer phones, emails, and online messages promptly and courteously

E-Commerce Support

* Assist with managing online orders for pet products and services

* Update product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms

* Package and prepare items for shipping or in-store pickup

* Coordinate with management to run promotions and track online sales

* Monitor customer feedback and reviews on digital platforms

General Duties

* Stay knowledgeable about shop services, products, and promotions

* Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience

* Maintain accurate sales and customer records

* Support retail merchandising and inventory management

Qualifications:

* Minimum of D1 graduate or above

* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce preferred. Moreover, previous experience in pet industry is also preferable.

* Comfort working with animals of all sizes and temperaments

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Tech-savvy, with basic understanding of POS systems and online platforms

* Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

* Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
