Day to Day Activity as Sales Representative

• Ensure store conditions meet brand standards, including cleanliness, lighting, music, and video.

• Maintain proper product display in line with brand guidelines.

• Work with the store supervisor to resolve operational issues.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize store performance.

• Provide product knowledge and training.

• Implement marketing and promotional plans to drive sales.

• Monitor inventory health by reviewing slow- and fast-moving products regularly.

• Provide feedback to the merchandise team on product performance, market response, and support needs.

Required Education, Experience, and Skill:

Education: Bachelors degree from all major

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales management or a related role. Clothing retail store experience is a plus.

Skill necessary:

• Someone who have sales lead mindset

• Ability to work individually and in team / cross departments

• Good communication both verbal and written in Bahasa and English is a must

• Great in operating Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.

• Leadership skill & positive attitude
