Sales & RM Distribution

Job Specification : 

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, mutual fund sales, or institutional clients

• Good knowledge of investment products and capital markets

• Experience working with high-net-worth clients, companies, or financial institutions

• Confident in communication and presentations (Bahasa Indonesia & English)

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Certifications (WAPERD, WPPE, CFA Level 1) are a plus

Job Description : 

• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with partner banks.

• Identify and acquire new clients including individuals, institutions, and HNWIs.

• Lead client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

• Provide market insights and client feedback to internal teams.

• Manage sales pipeline and deliver regular performance reports.
