Sales Scheme Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and administer incentives for sales, compensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, and equity programs.

  • Manage benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs).

  • Lead annual compensation and benefits review cycles.

  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to rewards and performance (e.g., pay equity, bonus achievement rates, turnover vs. reward alignment

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.

  • Oversee performance management, career development, and succession planning.

  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational change and culture development.

  • Design and implement performance management frameworks and tools.

  • Coordinate the annual and mid-year performance review process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development. Masters degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Expertise in Sales Scheme, Employee Benefit Design, and Compensation Program

  • Must competent enough to create, design & keep analyzing for improvement

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
