As a Boutique Supervisor, youll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects excellence. Youll:

• Build and nurture relationships with both regular and new clientele.
• Supervise boutique operations, including sales activities, inventory management, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and track preferences for personalized service.
• Consistently achieve and exceed boutique monthly sales targets.
• Monitor stock inventory and ensure the boutiques aesthetics and tools are impeccable.
