Sales Support & Pricing - Freight Forwarder

What youll be doing:

  1. Coordinate and support Sales quotation also email quotation to Agent.

  2. Check prices from all vendor: Airlines, Liner, Trucking also Agent.

  3. Handle monthly schedule export import

  4. Fully support & solve the problem for sales team.

  5. Updates changes of freight rates

  6. Proper filing of all quotations and emails

  7. Reply email, data entry

  8. Communicating with potential customers via telephone.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience as Pricing & Sales Support in Freight Forwarding

  2. Candidate must possess at least D3 or S1.

  3. Candidate must literate INCOTERM

  4. Strong managerial, negotiation, and good communication skill.

  5. Highly motivated, honest, loyal and consistence in pursue a long term career.

  6. Hard worker, able to work under pressure and long hour, proactive and fast learner.

  7. Dynamic and good logical thinking for working in a fast working environment.

  8. Cooperative, good personality and attitude
