Secretary - PT Agel Langgeng

We are looking for those who are interested in the Secretarial field.

What you will do :

  • Manage activities related to the secretary role, including coordinating the Directors meetings, appointments, and activities.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining company documents, organizing records and data, as well as handling phone calls and messages for the Director.

  • Assist in managing and supporting projects assigned by the Director.

  • Communicate with various internal and external parties on behalf of the Director.

We are looking for you who :

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Office Administration, or any related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Secretary position

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
