Secretary - PT Agel Langgeng
We are looking for those who are interested in the Secretarial field.
What you will do :
Manage activities related to the secretary role, including coordinating the Directors meetings, appointments, and activities.
Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining company documents, organizing records and data, as well as handling phone calls and messages for the Director.
Assist in managing and supporting projects assigned by the Director.
Communicate with various internal and external parties on behalf of the Director.
We are looking for you who :
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Office Administration, or any related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Secretary position
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines
Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
