Job Description

1. Provide in-depth consultations and skin analysis based on client concerns and medical history

2. Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products aligned with clinic protocols

3. Assist doctors/therapists in explaining treatment procedures and post-care expectations

4. Stay informed about clinic services, promotions, and aesthetic technologies

5. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective client engagement

6. Follow up with clients and ensure high satisfaction and loyalty

7. Lead/support training for junior consultants and new team members

8. Manage consultation records and ensure documentation is accurate

9. Coordinate appointments with the Front Office and Operations team

10. Handle client feedback and complaints with professionalism

Job Specification

Required:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Beauty, Nursing, or a health-related field

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in aesthetic/skin clinic as a Beauty Consultant

• Excellent knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments

• Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented, professional appearance, and positive attitude

• Leadership skills in training/supervising junior staff (preferred)

• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred:

• Fluency in English

• Additional language proficiency (Korean, Mandarin, Japanese) is a strong plus
