Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Karawaci Banten. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and strategies to support the organisations growth and operational excellence. What youll be doing

• Gather, analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement

• Develop and maintain advanced data models, dashboards and reporting solutions to support informed decision making across the organisation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions

• Provide expert data analysis and insights to guide strategic initiatives and problem-solving

• Continuously enhance data processes, tools and techniques to improve efficiency and data quality

• Share findings and recommendations with stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

• Mentor and guide junior data analysts to develop their skills and contribute to the teams success

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and impactful business recommendations

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different stakeholder groups

• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
