Senior FAT

Responsibilities:

• Supporting all financial activities, includes accounting process, budget controlling, budget forecasting & taxation.

• AR journal input, bank statement checks, and all daily and monthly reports related to Finance & Accounting, monthly closing.

• Responsible for Account Payable (AP) and journal petty cash record.

• Assist for the financial transaction such as Account Receivable (AR).

• Supporting on Taxation (related transaction: PPH 21,23, 4(2), 25, PPN).

• Understand ESB System.

• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger account.

• Familiar with project costing and controller.

• Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.

• Prepare daily and monthly reports.

• Reconcile payment process with stakeholders.

• Monitoring Operational Expense .

Requirement :

• Candidates must have at least Bachelors Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent.

• At least 2 Years working experience in F&B Industry .

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Holding Tax Brevet A/B certificates is preferred.

• Highly attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.

• Having good communications, good integrity, honest, competent, responsible, able to work in a team.

• Willing to be place in Kemang-South Jakarta.
