Senior Finance

Responsibilities:

• Process inbound and outbound payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all transactions.

• Perform daily bank reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies and ensuring accounts are balanced.

• Assist in updating and maintaining daily bank reports, providing accurate cash flow and banking information to management.

• Ensure all payment-related documentation is properly filed and maintained for audit purposes.

• Assist with monthly closing activities, including preparation of reconciliations and supporting financial data.

• Coordinate with banks and internal departments to resolve any payment or banking issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, specifically in payments and bank reconciliations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Good verbal communication skill.

• Willing to be full Work From Office (WFO) at Head Office Travelio (Haji Nawi, South Jakarta).
