Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established company specializing in visa services, assisting individuals and families in navigating international travel requirements with ease and confidence.

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
• Administer payroll, benefits, and HRIS with precision and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies
• Act as a go-to partner for team leads on people-related issues and employee relations
• Build and maintain clear HR policies, SOPs, and internal training programs
• Contribute to organizational development through headcount planning and structure reviews

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian employment law and labor compliance
• Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll software, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Action-oriented and eager to take initiative to get things done
