Senior Implementation Consultant (Smart Park Projects)

About the position

Join our team at HITHINK TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as Senior Implementation Consultant (Smart Park Projects). This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment.

What youll be doing and What were looking for:

Job Descs:

1. Serve as the front-line leader for smart park project delivery, overseeing planning, implementation, and completion.

2. Deeply understand client business requirements and propose practical, tailored implementation strategies.

3. Take full responsibility for project planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, and risk mitigation.

4. Liaise with mid-to-senior-level client stakeholders, lead milestone reviews and progress presentations, and maintain strong client relationships.

5. Manage local implementation teams and guide implementation engineers on execution.

6. Drive integration across multiple subsystems, including video surveillance, utility metering, access control, and environmental monitoring.

7. Document project learnings and contribute to optimization of internal products and delivery processes.

8. Willing to travel internationally and local, and capable of working in multilingual, multicultural environments.

Requirements:

1. Minimum a bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or other related fields.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in project implementation, preferably having led smart park, smart building, or industrial digitization projects.

3. Proven ability to independently manage clients and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

4. Familiar with commonly integrated systems: security, energy management, IoT platforms, BAS systems, etc.

5. Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, capable of bridging local and HQ teams.

6. Strong logical thinking and resilience under pressure; skilled in solution design and on-site problem solving.

7. Willingness to travel globally, with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.

8. Fluent in English (both spoken and written) - mandatory, Candidates with Mandarin language skill is a plus for consideration as a part of core member for communication with HQ team.

Other Supporting Skill & Experience:

1. Experience with projects in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.

2. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, etc.

3. Background in pre-sales support or customer requirement management.

4. Familiarity with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud).
