Senior Managed Service Product PM Associate

Role Purposes Oversee project status and technical resource availabilities to ensure all projects can be managed and completed within timeline

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project management standards are being executed across the MSP project portfolio
• Perform project team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
• Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports
• Liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
• Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
• Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
• Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
• Able to identify project risk that has financial and timeline impact

• 3 years of related experience highly preferable in payment Industry (Banks, Fintech or Financial Institutions)
• Experience in managing IT Project Software Project is highly preferable.
• Bachelors degree required, preferrable in IT.
