Senior / Manager / Assistant Manager (Licensing, Research and Charities)

What the role is

You will support MOH Health Regulation Group, in the broader healthcare services, licensing and compliance strategy, to implement a one-stop integrated system of various regulatory information and services/solutions, for service providers.

You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What you will be working on

You will be part of the Licensing, Research and Charities Team that continuously strive to enhance the service providers awareness of our national healthcare regulatory policies. The team contributes to the development, design and implementation of appropriate systems and processes to support healthcare licensing and other regulatory functions. You will work with stakeholders to identify gaps through feedback on systems, processes and operations, and highlight areas for quality improvement. You will also support MOH in its role as a regulator and sector administrator of Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) and Charities for the healthcare sector under the Charities Act and Regulations.

What we are looking for

• Operational experience in the healthcare sector, with good project management skills or quality service management and stakeholder management • Minimum of 2 years of working experience with relevant skillsets preferred• Prior experience in the systems and operations development• Keen interest in Singapores healthcare policies and landscape• Confident with data analysis and interpretation• Strong writing and organisation skills• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative• Good communication and engagement skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders in the healthcare licensing eco-system• Strong critical thinking abilities to develop new strategies and enhance existing processes• Able to work independently and in a team• Highly driven, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
