Senior Product Manager

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS Bali. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the product development lifecycle for FINNS and CTG applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering professional growth.
• Mentor UX/UI design team to bring to life creative & effective design solutions for various applications.
• Understand app functionalities in great detail, and make suggestions for constant iterations and improvements.
• Own design deadlines for various features and spearhead the creation of world-class features, functions & design.
• Manage multiple software products and prioritise resources for application release deadlines.
• Create workflows & management solutions to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Own the UAT/QA process and ensure error-free feature releases.
• Communicate the progress clearly, and outline future strategy to the Senior Technology Manager & Chief Technology Officer.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field.
• Proven experience in product management roles, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Productboard.
