SENIOR RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Working together with the team to ensure customer onboarding and all requests of customers are addressed efficiently

• Work closely with Compliance to fulfill the regulatory requirements on AML and CTF

• Understand customer needs and develop solutions and plans to address them

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively

• Liaise with various departments in order to provide better client service

• Helping Brokerage to design attractive message & promo in KGI social media

Requirements:

• Minimum education of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Relationship Officer in Capital Market

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent team worker with good interpersonal skill

• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to identify and resolve client issues, negotiate effectively, and find solutions to complex problems

• Familiarity with company products and services, as well as relevant industry trends

• Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of Securities rules and regulations

• Having knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM)
