  • Spearheads the development of comprehensive online search strategies alongside SEO associates, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Oversees the execution of the holistic SEO strategy, including keyword selection and utilization, content optimization, site architecture, and link-building.
  • Ensures proper tracking is set up on the business’s websites, blogs, and online pages to monitor not only traffic flow but also SEO OTA metrics, conversions, and user experience.
  • Analyzes new SEO trends, keeping the SEO department up-to-date with the latest market trends and ensuring the business stays ahead of the competition.
  • Able to handle complex technical challenges, including improving crawling budget, SSR and CSR setup, SEO product designs, and core web vitals, as they relate to SEO.
  • Improves and enhances SEO content, providing a better content framework for SEO.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and navigate complex discussions.
Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
  • Minimum 8-9 years experience
  • Have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in a business or a quantitative discipline such as Marketing, Business Administration, Math, Economics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field
  • SEO tools such as Google Analytics, BuzzSumo, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic and others
  • Basic backend web services, unit tests, automation, code reviews, or native app designs
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Advance Project Management Skills
  • Strong Leadership Skills
