Qualifications:

  • Aged maximum 35 years old

  • At least minimum SMA/SMK

  • Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability in problem solving

  • Able to communicate well and maintain good relationship

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Enthusiastic, always positive and willing to learn

  • Flexibility to work in shifts

  • Experience in Bakery Cafe/Yakiniku Restaurant is a must

Responbilities:

  • Handling complain customer 

  • Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages

  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments

  • Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction

  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate

  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff

  • Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with cafe/restaurant patrons
