SEVP Management Risk

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in credit risk management within the banking industry

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data

- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to credit risk

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field

- Professional certification in risk management or related areas is preferred

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team responsible for preparing risk assessments

- Oversee the development and implementation of credit risk policies and procedures

- Ensure thorough risk assessment reports are prepared before submission to the credit committee and Board of Directors (BOD)

- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate risk analysis

- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality work

- Present risk assessment findings to the credit committee and BOD

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk strategies and recommend improvements

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
