Site Architect (Project Architect)

MidPlaza Holding is looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Architect (Project Architect) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring the implementation of architectural designs, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a blend of architectural expertise and project management skills to effectively coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

6. Communication with Owners and Users

7. Budget and Time Monitoring

10. Project Management and Communication

Requirements : 

1. Graduate in Architecture from an accredited university.

2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting and contracting, particularly in hotel and commercial projects.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, and Microsoft Project software.

4. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proficient in English.

6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Willing to be assigned to out-of-town locations for extended periods.
