Site Manager Fire Project

About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a critical Fire Project in Tabanan, Bali. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Tabanan, Bali.

What youll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management

• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and timelines

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Collaborate with the design team to provide site-based expertise and input

• Manage the on-site workforce, including supervision, training, and performance management

• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What were looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the fire safety or related field

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

• Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams

• Commitment to safety and a track record of implementing effective safety protocols
