SITE MANAGER

·        Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of and aligned with the project goals and objectives.

·        Site Management: Oversee the construction site, including coordination of activities, management of subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.

·        Budget and Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, track expenses, and manage change orders to ensure the project stays within budget.

·        Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control, ensuring that construction work meets or exceeds the specified standards and codes.

·        Contract Administration: Review and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders, ensuring they are in compliance with project requirements.

·        Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.

Job Requirements:

·        Having total experience minimum 5 years experience as Construction/Site Manager/Site Engineer

·        Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Master Degree in related fields

·        Experienced in construction/project for landed house

·        Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

·        Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to construction

·        Technical understanding of architectural and engineering drawings (Sketchup and/or AutoCAD)

·        Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

·        Attention to detail, design and a commitment to quality

·        Adaptability and the ability to handle unexpected challenges
