Social Media Manager

Location: Ungasan, Bali (1 remote day/week)

Were looking for a skilled, creative, and organized Social Media Manager to join our boutique agency and take the lead on a portfolio of three inspiring brands:

• An AI coaching app helping people take action on their purpose

• A wellness and recovery clinic focused on IV therapy, bloodwork, and performance

• A lifestyle brand offering premium cold plunges and community activations

Youll work closely with the clients as well as the founder of the agency to develop content strategies, execute across platforms, and bring each brands vision to life in a way that feels both authentic and engaging.

• Plan and manage content calendars for all three brands

• Create short-form video content for Instagram & TikTok using tools like CapCut

• Assist with content shoots: filming, directing, and capturing visuals

• Write clear, engaging captions and maintain each brands unique voice

• Stay on top of trends and turn them into smart, relevant content

• Manage and optimize basic paid ad campaigns

• Track performance and suggest improvements

• Coordinate launches and social campaigns with the team

• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar)

• Fluent English and confident storytelling ability

• Ability to juggle multiple brand voices and visual styles

• Creative mindset and strong visual instinct

• Organized, proactive, and reliable

• Bonus: Experience in wellness, coaching, or lifestyle sectors

• Full-time role (40 hours)

• Based in Ungasan, Bali (4 days Ungasan/1 day remote)

• Salary: depending on experience
